Here’s Why Steve Bannon Wears So Many Shirts

No, it's not a fashion choice.  This is a symptom.
The man is septic.  His temperature control is not functioning.  He feels cold all the time.
His circulation is shot too.  I would bet five hundred dollars his nose and fingertips are ice cold.

Old sick people dress like this.   Even in Tucson, even in the summer.

(Wearing that much clothing with chills makes you sweat in there.   Which covers your skin in salt and dehydrates it.  Which makes you feel even colder.)
