He appeared feverish this afternoon. His neck and jaws look stiff. And his voice was gravely.
His parotid glands look better though.

They cleaned him up for this evening talk (he almost got the makeup right), but couldn't hide all the pathology.
His maxillary sinuses are infected again. His adenoids (on the sides of his nose) are wicked inflamed.
His frontal sinuses (behind eyebrows) are all swollen too. Deep wrinkles between the brows.
That's surely why that right eye is drooping too. That side is just worse.
