Radiolab:  The Interstitium

In this episode we introduce you to a part of our bodies that was invisible to Western scientists until about five years ago; it’s called "the interstitium," a vast network of fluid channels inside the tissues around our organs that scientists have just begun to see, name, and understand.

This adds a whole new dimension to chronic illness.

(And it reminds me of this: My cellulite disappeared overnight after five days on Acyclovir.   Not kidding.  It was so unbelievable I rarely talk about it.    I did not lose any weight, my thighs were still large, but smooth instead of bumpy.)
