Auntie Zombie adds some thoughts

A few obvious topics that I haven't covered.

Sleep disorders

Bruxism- Easy peasy.  Triggered by Apical Periodontitis (inflamed tooth sockets).  Caused by crooked, crowded teeth or infection.    When your tooth sockets are inflamed, you will chew on them.

Apnea- Nasal passages are blocked by pinching of the maxillary nerve by nasal infection or problematic upper tooth roots.   Infection and obstucted breathing lower Orexin levels which causes sleep and flaccid muscles in the mouth and throat and neck.

Insomnia- high Cortisol levels and/or apnea.   High cortisol levels are caused by obstructed breathing and untreated infections, including periodontal disease.

Nightmares- high cortisol levels, apnea, and  low orexin levels. You sleep even if you’re stressing out and not breathing well.   High cortisol levels promote REM during sleep.   Your brain makes up a scary story to explain your anxiety.

Sleepwalking-  Extreme cortisol, extreme apnea, extremely low orexin.   You’re septic.  Probably triggered most by sleeping in a flat position with goopy lungs. You experience sleep paralysis until you suffocate and then your cortisol spikes and makes you stand up and move in a panic.

Narcolepsy-  infection reduces orexin production.   Chronic orexin depletion leads to death of Orexin neurons and constant sleepiness.

Cataplexy-  infection induced inflammation of the throat and neck pinch the vagus and phrenic nerves.

Restless legs-  I haven’t experienced this.   But I would guess infection of the genitals causing inflammation around nerves.

Eating disorders

Food sensitivity-   Oral infections cause chemical changes in the mouth and digestive tract.    It also affects smell.  Altered taste and impaired pain sensation and digestive problems cause behavioral adaptation.

PG produces hydrogen sulfide while degrading the oral tissues.    This causes halitosis and a metallic taste in the mouth

Food restriction-  caused by adverse effects of food sensitivity or insulin resistance.   We feel happier when we're in ketosis.

Overeating-  The insulin dysfunction also makes us crave food, especially carbs and sugar.

Bulimia-  Infected guts produce bad feelings after eating.  Narcoleptics fall asleep. But this behavior is also strangely logical in a patriarchal hierarchy where skinny is best.   Don’t overthink it.   Vomit is acidic and not good for your throat, teeth or mouth, though.

I do not like to eat sulfurous foods, such as eggs or cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, kale).      I will also not eat anything that is or smells like fungus.

I used to eat hot sauce every day.    I can’t anymore.

I find Mint flavor unbearable.  It makes shopping for dental products difficult.

Nuts are bad because they crush between the teeth easily and are hard to remove.

I do like milk and sugar a lot.   But sugar makes me sleepy and depressed so I try to avoid that too.

Speech disorders

Causes of speech disorders according to “specialists”:

  • Brain damage due to a stroke or head injury
  • Muscle weakness
  • Damaged vocal cords
  • A degenerative disease, such as Huntington’s, Parkinson’s, or ALS
  • Dementia
  • Cancer that affects the mouth or throat
  • Autism
  • Down syndrome
  • Hearing loss

Here are some things they didn’t mention:

Crooked crowded teeth.   Affect your nerves and  jaw, lips and tongue movement.

Impacted molars.   Affect your salivary glands and facial nerves.

Dental infection.     PG causes all kinds of nerve problems and inflammation while it reduces the ability to feel pain…

Incompetent dentistry.    I’ve had mostly bad dentists. One of them left all kinds of sharp edges in my mouth after procedures. His crowns were all oversized, and my bite was incorrect. It took me many demented months  of bruxism, dysarthria (lisping and slurring), verbal ticcing and aphasia (word substitutions) before I noticed that I couldn’t feel the problems My tongue and cheeks were shredded. I had to use my fingers to find the pointy parts, and filed them down myself.

Beauty standards

The current beauty standards are dictated by close up and constant photography.   It’s unrealistic.   And unhealthy.

Skin-

Periodontitis triggers a systemic inflammatory response, releasing cytokines that can lead to excessive sebum production and acne breakouts.

PG gingipains degrade collagen, affect healing and cause wrinkles.

Hair Loss is a long term complication of high cortisol levels, which is a complication of chronic PG.

Nail beds are also affected by PG and the borders exhibit collagen overproduction.  It also forms a biofilm with fungus and makes it more resistant.

Teeth-

Cosmetic dentistry is not safe.   Straight white teeth should not be your focus.  Dental prostheses and orthodontic brackets should be for reconstructive use only until the infectious and steel toxicity issues are addressed.

Tooth whiteners are not effective at killing the plaque that makes them yellow.

Weight-

Obesity is a medical issue, not behavioral.   PG disrupts at least four processes involved in metabolism, including destruction of GLP-1.   Blame the doctors, not the victims of their incompetence.

I’m guessing another cause of extreme beauty obsession is  Body Dysphoria-   This seems inevitable if you can’t feel your face or skin.
