Donald Trump is bacteremic and probably septic.
He has none of his natural teeth, and his adenoids are so infected they are the most prominent thing on his face.   See the large red swellings on either side of his nose.
That spray tan and the fake teeth are to cover up the appalling state of his health.


That much head infection causes all kinds of mental symptoms, and he exhibits most of them.  
Mainly impulsivity, memory loss and verbal impairment.
Kind of like his followers.
