For the Record

I cheated.
The election tweaked my brain so hard I ate gluten and drank alcohol over Thanksgiving.
And it didn't help at all.

I didn't have the ordinary gut and sleep reaction, though.  Noooooo-  I was way too wired for that.
Not even a screaming episode afterwards.

But my skin freaked out.   Holy Dehydrathion Batman.   Instant Atopic Dermatitis.
I have been itching ever since.   My skin just crisped and cracked everywhere.   I can't stand my clothes.   Collars are impossible.  This is crazymaking...

Yeah, this is the big lesson of this adventure:
If it ain't one thing, it's another.
