I don't hang out in gluten groups so didn't know these existed:
They are only available at a few stores around here. (Target, Sprouts)They don't taste perfect, but the rest of the parameters are within tolerance, bendable when uncooked, brown and crispy when fried. Made a nice ultra-thin personal pizza.
Now I need everyone to go buy some so Mission doesn't discontinue them.
