Susan Collins has Parkinson's. She is clearly on L-dopa to suppress her tremors, however her voice is obviously affected.
L-dopa causes obsessive-compulsive behavior and makes a person highly susceptible to coersion and impulsive behavior. She cannot be trusted to make reasonable decisions for others. It's a travesty that she knows she has a pregressive neurological disorder and has not retired.
