I think this is his most recent problem.
Odontogenic Sinusitus- infection of the nasal sinuses due to upper teeth problems.
I think he had a tooth implanted or a tooth implant removed. I'm guessing it broke through the bone to the maxillary sinus.
He was so swollen, I had to wait to see the focus of inflammation.
