This is a problem with inflammation of the upper bicuspid sockets pinching the facial nerve. I've had this since I was 4. I now have it on both sides, even though the teeth are long gone. When it's really bad it twitches my lower eyelids. When it's super bad the upper eyelid twitches too.
Bonus points if you thought of this or that.
